Upcoming Study & Practice Schedule
Thursday evening gatherings, from 6:00 to 7:30 pm, begin with sitting and walking meditation, followed by a study or practice period. On the Thursday that follows the last Sunday of a month, a mindfulness training recitation ceremony follows sitting and walking meditation.
Sunday morning gatherings have two practice periods. From 8:30 am to 10:00 am, we have sitting and walking meditation, followed by a reading and discussion. The second period, from 10:15 am –11:00 am, we engage in the various practices and studies shown below. The last Sunday of each month does not include a second hour. Rather, we have a recitation ceremony that begins right after meditation and our time together concludes around 10:30.
