Love Every Part of You
A Half-Day of Mindfulness Workshop
February 14, 2026; 9 am to 2 pm
On Zoom

Everyone is invited to join Indigo Sangha to enjoy the nourishing silence and practice of sitting, walking and eating mindfully in combination with a fun and interactive program. We will explore our habitual thoughts, feelings and behaviors through the Buddhist teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh alongside the mental health insights of Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS or Parts Work). Both approaches emphasize that the “Self” is not a singular entity, but rather a collection of “parts” or “seeds of consciousness,” and that true healing comes from accessing a calm, compassionate core to witness these parts of our consciousness without becoming identified with them.

To learn more and register, visit Indigo’s website at MindfulSC.org. Registration is now open.  This event is open to the public.
